A special and unique ship with a flight deck from the rear running to midships and two heavy batteries matching barrel count of standard battleships. Built under the name "Project 20", this ship went into multiple delays before construction resumed and eventually finished costing 20% more than other capital ships but outfitted with the most up-to-date tech available. Officially named "Dragonshield" it would also be called: Kiryu Coco's Legacy
