Blue dot is a random item, like a can of spray or a bag of drugs. Red dot is a NPC - a bum living in sewers and selling you furniture made out of trash. The ladders are those four horizontal lines icon. Red line is a permanently blocked path, key is a locked door that can be opened with a bobby pin.

@casperorillian The blue dots seems to be the entry/exit points, aka ladders... I know this is an old thing but... maybe that helps

Its handy, although some kind of key would be good, what are the blue dots and red lines? The key symbol is helpful.
