Description
In a recent stream, Edmund mentioned that their cat Tammy has pica. She has a tendency to eat random stuff and puke. Thus, Tammy's body. Every time you enter an uncleared room, Isaac has a chance to gulp his trinket and/or shoot a low damage ipecac shot.

Also includes bonus items!

Tammy's Paw: each use increases the damage you deal and the damage you take
Tammy's Tail: -2 luck. On use increases your luck by 7 for the room.
Tammy transformation: occasionally activates the tear detonator effect.

you should probably add a screenshot of the item or something
