It comes before T4, but if you wanted a 3+ Console, you should wait until it comes out to allow for online muliplayer.
When releasing console leave both on the market, if one has LEvel 2 other level three, do you keep them both or remove it when new level appears and when its made ?
Fans have no direct effect on console sales and you can get great sales on consoles with 0 fans. BUT
more fans = more people buying your exclusive game = more people buying your console
As I said in the guide (a bit outdated now), the best time to release a new console is right away, as soon as the technology is ready so that you are first to the market
