Spiky Poop

Description
Very simple graphical tweak. To increase visiblity, all red poop now has spikes even when it's popped. Make that ouchy LOOK ouchy!

Could you make the spikes a bit darker when the poops are destroyed to indicate it's safe?

@WinningIsaac that would make some rooms literally impossible to clear without taking damage
