Thanks for the advice ShadowCat! I have adjusted the wallpaper but I can still see some distortion so this info will really help me out when making future wallpapers. I had always wondered how people create shake effects without stretching the image.
I imagine Photoshop's Clone stamp tool is great for extending background layers. I'll have to try that out.
Audio responsiveness is always a struggle for me...I tend to just play around with the settings till It looks ok, but in reality I have no clue what I'm doing in that department.
Since I have some spare time on my hands today, I'll make another wallpaper using the advice you gave me, then I'll upload it to show you how it turned out. Then I can come back and update this wallpaper once I'm confident in what I'm dong.

well, if you want more tips in the future, just add me
I explain how to animate, crop, draw, and how to use the effects efficiently. I also explain how to make most things react to sound and how to make it capture the audio perfectly, without just picking up the bass or treble of the audio.

for now, I'll do it in a different way, I'll create a screenshot preview link, where you can see the technique I do
in the first image, it's the background, which you have to make details that were missing in the image (parts that didn't exist)
http://i.prntscr.com/oAPaj9B_SmuGX0-n1IScFA.png
2nd image link: in the second and the next images are the parts that are in front, which you remove from the background to create the animation

http://i.prntscr.com/hYIe8ZEoTmCo_qTwbM5C4w.png
http://i.prntscr.com/IuW3iD-iRzG9Aekyeihfcw.png

After cropping and redrawing, you start applying the effects to each image and the advantage that by taking the image and separating it into several parts, you have more freedom of creation and flaws rarely appear

if you want an example of what i say, you can add me as a friend, that way i'll start sending sample images

ok sorry then
a tip is to always take the image you are working on and cut it in several parts, after cutting it in several parts, redo the parts removed from the background image, creating an image behind the original, this way you can make a motion animation better without distorting the image

Continuation -
Besides I plan on tampering with the opacity masks to fix some of it's glaring issues. It's not like I'm claiming that this is the finished piece, it's merely the rough draught of the finished wallpaper, and I've been too busy to finish it as of late.
To be clear:
- There WILL be updates fixing the wallpaper
- This is just a passion project
- I am a novice in creating wallpapers
- Any constructive criticism of this wallpaper is valuable

ShadowCat I made this in my spare time and I don't know the wallpaper creator inside and out, of course there are going to be people who can do this better than I can...I'm not lazy, just inexperienced.

but was insulting my work really the best way of plugging your own?
