190 : MAYBE
194 : YES
200 : YES

190 : I don't know if he spawns or not, feels random. If you see him in the game, or wanna try it anyway : deactivate the mod, play 1 turn without the mod, then turn it back (around 195 or after 195 few years). If he spawned in 190 start (before 195) he will join you without the hocus-pocus.

If he is dead or not in any faction he won't join obviously.

Liu Biao and Liu Chong are buggy to me as well. Some will join, some will not, sometimes they join 2 years later. Sorry I don't know why.

Thank you for modding this ! But in LiuBiao's faction, it seems only the first character join mod will work. (Only in LiuBiao's faction) . Can you help me with this? Thanks a lot !
