To complete Erica 100% you need to play five times.
One play-through takes at least an hour and a half. (or less)
All achievements are given at the end of each play.
There are collective achievements in the game, that add up for the next play so you won't be able to get them in one play. Enjoy!

Enter the tunnels again. We meet Lucien Flowers.

Comments and Summary

This is a WIP I shall be adding achievement icons/pictures next to the area where you should obtain them. As well as re-wording for a smoother English translation.
I just wanted everyone not to have to go to google translate and or hurt their heads.

I dont have them unlocked at this point as I just got the game.

I wasn't able to kill dr ballard on the first run with that guide. Didn't show that option at all!

The fluffy edit mentioned the gun, you just shoot no need to pull it up

Another thing is the peephole on Erica's door. Whenever you need to back up from it (as in 3rd and 4th run), you simply click the X on the bottom right while in the door choice screen (secure/unlock). There is no "Press on Erica" as the guide mentioned.

The final thing is completing the fifth run. After the 4th run, I was only missing 3 achievements (Not Alone, Paperwork, Thank You) instead of the 4 this guide mentions. I got these by following the 5th run guide until shooting Lucian and taking his key, then instead of making the choice to burn Delphi, make the choice instead to Breathe In > Reject > Keep Lighter (as mentioned in this guide's 6th run). So there is no need for a 6th run or save backup, you simply replace the final actions of the 5th run with those from the 6th run.

This guide is a little confusing, but I still managed to 100% the game in 5 runs using it without the need of save backups or anything else.

Since there are 6 pages of comments, these might have already come up but here are my suggestions for the OP to make it a little easier to read for new players:

In the 1st and 3rd run, you need to shoot Dr. Ballard with the gun, but you don't get the prompt to shoot unless you click on the gun. This is mentioned in the 4th run guide, but not in the 1st and 3rd. If you don't shoot Ballard in the 1st run, you won't get the achievements "I See Dead People" and "No Survivors". Putting the line "Fluffy edit! No need to pick up the gun, you are already holding it!" in this place makes no sense without context. You still need to click on the gun to shoot it, as mentioned in the 4th run guide and later in regards to Lucian. However, new players won't know this in the 1st run.

I had the SAME issue. IT does work.. sadly though you must NOT use cloud saves.
Nice work around for the save file though

So I will try to update this guide with you as credit!
just know I DID forget to put in, disable cloud saves *copy save file over to a directory like c:\stuff
then you have unlimited manual save slots
just pause the game copy then save the non cloud files

again this was so much trouble as the original was a russian PS guide!

Hi again, finally got 100% and i can confirm that copying save file for 6th run does not work for PC, i did that and nothing happened and then i had to do the 5th ending again for unlock, so just wanna say that save file for another ending removes the original ending you had in that same save. :)

there are some scenes where you have to swipe UP to raise the pistol or down to lower it
but yep you are 100% right.. It should be the same click aka shoot. not pick up.
but pick up is the proper term as she asks you to lower your gun, you raise it swiping up and then fire swiping back
