[LEGACY] Darc Sharc

Description
Darc Sharc, the unorthodox gambit, deals his way into Rivals of Aether! His moves contantly change based on the cards he holds in his hand!

- Every hit Darc Sharc lands deals an additional property based on the cards in their hand. The higher the value, the more powerful the property!
- On NSpecial and FSpecial, the Jack, Queen, King, and Ace cards will take on completely unique properties from their number card counterparts!
- DSpecial inverts Darc Sharc's colors, slightly altering his stats, but also inverting the values of his cards. Mastering DSpecial is a big brain play and effectively doubles the chances of finding a higher card value!

This character was made for Another Workshop Jam (Unorthodox)

If you change things can you make a third hybrid version

Wish that there was an in depth description on what each card does. I find the character's gimmick fun and unique even if my tiny brain can't fully comprehend it. I also cried at that cubit part in the trailer.

We're actually planning to remove reverse knockback from Darc Sharc's base kit entirely, instead making it a 1-tier rune. While the character was originally intended to have reverse knockback as a gimmick, as the card gimmick developed, reverse knockback felt kinda tacked onto the character more than anything.
It also just breaks this character competitively lol. Most Multi-hit moves don't work on Darc Sharc, and having to re-adapt the combos you've spent countless hours practicing because he gets sent backwards instead of forwards is frustrating.

Is the reverse knockback really that bad? I think it's interesting, although maybe tying it to dspecial might give more control.

I like (love) the moveset but dislike the knockback gimmick.
It doesn't really have a purpose besides forcing you to change how you play (but once you do, what's the point ?). Nothing about his kit is designed around it.

So, here's my proposal. Either :
1) Make another version of the character without the gimmick, or make the gimmick into a buddy (it could be fun to experiment with)
2) Make it so the knockback change happens only when you're in negative color mode, this way you could be smart about it (use it to recover for example).

This is still a really cool character, I just disliked the forced gimmick.

I don't know how to write this without sounding negative, but I kind of wish he didn't have reverse knockback. His kit is clearly built around working cleverly with the cards, and the knockback deal feels tacked on in comparison, and feels out of place. I know the idea was to make a, well, unorthodox character, but that particular feature, while unquestionably unorthodox, doesn't feel like it belongs to the character.

I know this sounds like criticism, and it is, but it's also a compliment as it just highlights how his kit is phenomenal to the point that having something as funky as reverse knockback feels like a quirk instead of a defining mechanic.
