Introduction

Greetings everyone, I created this guide as I played through the story and it took quite a while to make I hope you find it useful.
Some things to note:

• This guide is a bit image heavy, sorry for that.
  
• When you collect all the memorial items of an area you are awarded a piece of cosmetic, it's always nice to get them all.
  
• A memorial item does not always spawn so if you can't find it I would suggest either searching that whole section just in case and/or if you still haven't found it to replay the episode.
  As per the recent Notice 220113 Update Notes section 5, Memorial Items now have a 100% chance of spawning.
  
• Sections is what I call the areas you play between portals, if you go through a portal you start a new section.
  
• I hope everything is correct, if anything is wrong then I do apologize, let me know what it is and I'll try my best to fix it.
  
• I had to seperate part of Ruin Fortress because I think i reached the limit of images that there can be in a single chapter oops, sorry.

There was recently a notice about some in game errors revealing that in some mazes there isn't 100% memorial item drop and that they are investigating a fix.

Helmet - EP2 Shulking Predators, Section 3 in the room where you spawn it will be in a corner next to a pile of boxes. [Coordinates 99, 140]


Jack Hammer - EP3 Rescue Mission, Section 3 in the corner next to a computer to the left of the portal to the next section. [Coordinates 140, 111]


Toolbox - EP4 Wolf of Greed, Section 4 it will be in a little nook next to a pile of boxes to the left of the portal to the boss section. [Coordinates 176, 187]

R Square

Wreath - EP1 Puppet's Legion, Section 1 as soon as you get past the metal fence at the very start turn left, it will be next to some balloons near the wall. [Coordinates 316, 206]



Air Toy - EP2 Soulless, Boss Section near a pile of presents. [Coordinates 399, 309]



Menu - EP4 Giant of disaster, Section 2 to the right of the portal to the next section near a destroyed car and some balloons, next to a fence. [Coordinates 191, 181]

Tower of Greed

Building Block Set - EP1 Omnious Energy, Section 1 standing looking opposite the portal to the next section a bit to the right it will be near the big crystal cube in the middle. [Coordinates 29, 43]



Shovel - EP2 Confused Dolls, Section 2 to the right of the portal to the next section.

Wheelchair - EP2 Sad Wink, Section 1 it will be on the left side near the helicopter that you spawn near. [Coordinates 62, 312]



Teddy Bear - EP3 Blue Flame Clown, Section 1 just after the first doorway to the right, right at the beginning. [Coordinates 209, 122]

Straw Hat - EP2 Hot Wind, Section 3 near a truck to the left side of the area near a fence. [Coordinates 336, 285]



Ice Box - EP3 Hazy Horizon, Section 2 after dropping onto the road, near a truck on a bridge to the left when entering. [Coordinates 295, 285]



Buoy - EP4 Greyrock, Section 3 to the right side next to a pile of rubble and a window, to the right side of the area. [Coordinates 593, 295]

Antique Mirror - EP1 Mansion with Lights off, Boss Section, it will be to the right of the big cylinder near some covered furniture. [Coordinates 192, 106]



Antique Chair - EP2 The Beings in the dark, Section 2 before you go past the stairway, it will be in a corner to the left near 2 big cobwebs. [Coordinates 194, 129]



Antique Lantern - EP3 The Search, Section 3 past the door way to the right, on the opposite corner from the portal to the next section. [Coordinates 318, 90]

N102 Shelter

Cabinet - EP1 Black Hell, Section 1 it will be at the start of the 2nd big warehouse room to the left. [Coordinates 78, 215]



Office Desk - EP2 Black and Omnious, Section 2 near some green vials to the left in a hexagonal looking room. [Coordinates 228, 253]



Aluminium Barrel - EP3 Egg with tragedy, Section 3 after getting past the long corridor it will be right at the start of the hexagonal looking room to the right of the doorway. [Coordinates 432, 176]

Breakout

Suitcase - EP1 Ray of Light, Section 1 on the 3rd big room to the right next to a big container and a forklift. [Coordinates 303, 364]



Oxygen Mask - EP2 Invaders, Section 1 on the 3rd big room it will be next to a bunch of containers towards the 4th room. [Coordinates 313, 360]



Life Jacket - EP3 Gathering Shadow, Section 1 on the 4th big room to the right, next to a forklift and a pile of boxes just before the portal to the next section. [Coordinates 410, 217]

Front Line

Road Roller - EP1 Nemesis-like, Section 3 near a container just before the portal to the boss section on its left. [Coordinates 355, 477]



Construction Site Sign - EP2 Power and Power, Section 2 a little past the portal to the next section to the left near the fence and some containers. [Coordinates 265, 271]



Traffic Cone - EP3 Tracking, Section 2 at the start just as you come down the ramp it will be to the right, next to a destroyed tank and some fuel drums. [Coordinates 329, 311]



Hammer - EP4 Crimson Giant, Section 4 it will be in the area to the right of the portal to the boss section near a container and truck. [Coordinates 327, 646]

NED Company

Humidifier - The Rescue, Section 2 it will be on the 1st room with the cracked windows, to the right near a destroyable desk in the corner. [Coordinates 401, 89]



Large Box - Air Fissure, Section 2 on the 2nd Room in the middle of 2 desks to the left. [Coordinates 210, 271]



Bookshelf - Cruel blade of knife, Section 1 it will be in the first room near some desks next to the wall to the right. [Coordinates 48, 159]



Stove - Green Wind Witch, Section 2 on the first room, it will be near the wall to the right of the cracked windows and a destroyable desk. [Coordinates 185, 183]

Wolf Cry

Gas Pump - EP1 Dark Cloud, As soon as you get to Section 3 immediately turn back, it will be hidden behind the cars and fences you can destroy, to the right of the ambulance. [Coordinates 321, 374]



Fire Extinguisher - EP2 Hot Wind, Section 3 when you drop down it will be hidden among some trucks and a destroyable car along the road. [Coordinates 392, 349]



Oil Drum - EP3 Crying Wolf, Section 1 after jumping down onto the road past the first gate it will be to the left behind a van and a destroyable car. [Coordinates 450, 351]



Plastic Broom - EP4 Jockey of Storm, Section 1 when you first spawn in immediatly turn left it will be in a little nook between the container and bus. [Coordinates 361, 433]

Cold Rain

Neon Sign - EP1 A Cold Rain, Boss Section it will be between a parked car and a house, to the left on the way to the exit portal. [Coordinates 675, 404]



Ladder - EP2 Dark Town, Section 2 it will be behind a dumpster near an electric pole with a light. [Coordinates 138, 682]



Cable - EP3 Trace of Immorality, Section 3 on one of the corners near a sign that says 'F Mart'. [Coordinates 284, 381]



Helmet - EP4 New Leap, Section 2, It will be to the left of the portal to the next section at the end of the street near a pole next to some cars and fallen trees. [Coordinates 184, 386]

Flame Breaker

Window Cleaning Cloth - EP1 Surprise Attack of Night, Boss Section it will be to the left of the exit portal behind the dumpster next to some rubble. [Coordinates 596, 211]



Lifeline - EP2 Burning Street, Section 2 after you jump off the first set of platforms it will be in a little nook by the ambulance and bus just before the 2nd set of platforms [Coordinates 569, 272]



Window Cleaning Chair - EP3 The Trap, Section 1 when you spawn in immediatly turn back it will be behind a truck and a destroyable fence. [Coordinates 112, 156]



Cleaning Bucket - EP4 Devouring Shadow, Section 3 it will be behind a dumpster to the left side of the destroyable wall near a destroyed tank. [Coordinates 637, 356]

Area 9

Monitor - EP1 Revealed Dagger, Section 2 as soon as you spawn in turn a bit to the right it will be near the burning rubble next to the fence. [Coordinates 184, 396]



Cutter - EP2 Concentrated Force, Section 1 after going through 4 big rooms it will be on the 2nd big corridor that turns to the right next to some destroyable canisters and boxes. [Coordinates 325, 608]



Desk - EP3 Time of Punishment, Section 2 in the little room next to the lift where you activate 2 levers, when it opens to let out enemies it will be in one of the corners. [Coordinates 339, 655]



Cushion - EP4 Hundred Sword, Section 1 at the very end of this section in the circular room standing looking at the portal look to the left, there is a small room where enemies spawn from, it will be in the left corner. [Coordinates 509, 345]

Control Base

Lucy Figurine - EP1 Girl's World, Boss Section when you first get to the boss section it will be to your left near a broken down robot and a doorway. [Coordinates 198, 188]



Lucy Cardboard Cutout - EP2 The Uninvited, Section 1 on the 2nd circular room in the offshoot to the left when you first come in, it will be in one of the rooms in the corner. [Coordinates 485, 208]



Lucy Pillow - EP3 Left Alone Kid, Section 1 when you spawn in and walk forward to enter the big room turn right, it will be in the small room where an enemy comes from. [Coordinates 132, 288]



Lucy Poster Board - EP4 Girl's Knight, Section 3 on the right side of the map that you unlock for clearing the left side, it will be in the left offshoot in a corner as you come into the circular room. [Coordinates 282, 51]

Buster Core

Mop - EP1 Rusted Heart, Section 3 it will be behind a stack of steel wire spools next to a box near a wall to the left side of the area. [Coordinates 341, 113]



Duster - EP2 Cold Floor, Boss Section it will in a little room to the left side of the area.

Vacuum Cleaner - EP3 Third Heart, Section 1 it will be on the first circular room near some big boxes past the big bridge room. [Coordinates 350, 454]



Sprayer - EP4 Spear Causes Storm, Section 2 it will be behind a pile of big boxes to the right side of the big bridge room. [Coordinates 400, 473]

Cold Revenge

Pick - EP1 Lonely Road, Section 2 it will be opposite the portal to the next section a bit to the right behind a stack of steel wire spools next to the wall. [Coordinates 240, 90]



Dynamite - EP2 Careless Shadow, Section 1 it will be in a corner to the right side of the area near a container. [Coordinates 105, 67]



Miner's Helmet - EP3 The Trace, Section 3 it will be at the end of the shuttle route opposite the portal to the next section. [Coordinates 330, 209]



Mining Cart - EP4 Running Frenzy, Boss Section it will be to the left of where you spawn in the fight against Enoch. [Coordinates 796, 95]

Forgotten Armory

Sentry Plastic Model - EP1 Conceal of the Dead, Section 2 it will be around the corner of the portal to the next section between big piles of containers. [Coordinates 114, 353]



Welding Machine - EP2 Steel and Gunpowder, Section 2 standing looking opposite the portal to the next section a bit to the left it will be tucked in between some stacked boxes and a pile of containers. [Coordinates 357, 352]



Welding Mask - EP3 Blocking Light, Section 1 it will be on the ground past the portal to the next section at the end of the walkway next to a shelf with boxes and a container. [Coordinates 697, 181]



Welding Gloves - EP4 Steel Nest, Section 4 it will be to the left of the portal to the boss section near some containers and a conveyor with a broken robot. [Coordinates 798, 133]

Deep Core

Mini refridgerator - EP1 Another Heart, Section 2 after you defeat all the enemies in the elevator it will be on the corridor with the portal to the next section. [Coordinates 239, 280]



Hardware Scanner - EP2 Under the dark, Section 2 looking in the direction of the portal to the next section it will on the other side a bit to the left, careful to not accidently get in the portal that takes you to the elevator before getting it. [Coordinates 106, 307]



Laptop - EP3 Shaking Ground, Section 3 after the 2nd circular room, on the 2nd drop on the elevator shaft turn a bit to the right it will be next to the wall. [Coordinates 685, 207]



Desk Lamp - EP4 Sun in the ground, Section 6 just before going through the portal to the boss section go around the walkway, it will be on the other side opposite the portal. [Coordinates 520, 329]

Acheron

Radio - EP1 Silent Road, Section 3 standing looking at the portal to the next section look to the right, it will be on the right side of the tracks on the corner, near the broken gate. [Coordinates 264, 150]



Truncheon - EP2 Concentrated Force, Section 4 after opening the shutter doors it will be to the right side past the portal to the next section on the left corner of those tracks. [Coordinates 542, 80]



Shield - EP3 Rising Monster, Section 1 it will be in the room directly to the left of the portal to the next section in the right corner. [Coordinates 67, 108]



Shotgun - EP4 Nightmare Return, Section 4 just before the portal to the next section it will be behind a destroyable barricade to the left. [Coordinates 577, 445]

Saw - EP1 The Ark, Section 2 on the corridor that leads to the next section's portal look to the left, it will be near the wall opposite the broken robot, next to an arm and 2 destroyable small robots. [Coordinates 691, 600]



A pile of wood - EP2 Blue Heart, Section 4 past the 2 hangars there will be a turn left with 2 small rooms that open where enemies come from, it will be on the furthest small room in a corner, a bit before the portal to the boss section. [Coordinates 722, 501]



Rubber Boat - EP3 Time for Penance, Section 3 it will be to the right side of the portal to the next section, in the middle next to the wall. [Coordinates 415, 500]



Ark Ship Model - EP4 Clashing Destiny, Section 2 at the end of the condenser room it will be in the small dark room to the right. [Coordinates 131, 304]

Perforated Street

Cot - EP2 Earth to Blood, Section 2 to the right side of the portal to Section 3, near a pile of rubble. [Coordinates 383, 321]



Broken Turn Table - EP3 Glowing Streets, Section 3 to the left side of the hallway before the first turn to the right. [Coordinates 777, 303]



Torn Teddy Bear - EP4 Path of Damnation, Section 2 to the left side of the road just before the portal to the next section, near a giant tentacle. [Coordinates 347, 785]

Dreadful Echo

Mercenary Helmet - EP2 Ha-Ha-Ha Square, Section 1 to the right side near a pile of masks, you'll be looking at the correct area when you spawn in. [Coordinates 112, 252]



Mercenary's Destroyed Gun - EP3 Mould in the Darkness, Section 2 to the left side when you spawn in, near a train carriage. [Coordinates 498, 232]



Mercenary Pauldrons - EP4 Corrupted Memory, Section 3 in a corner to the left once you get to the bigger hallway right at the start. [Coordinates 522, 541]

Man Eater Garden

Lost Gun - EP2 Bloody Harvest, Section 2 to the right side of the map near the edge overlooking the water and a lamp post. [Coordinates 380, 280]



Lost Helmet - EP3 Fallen Path, Section 4 you spawn right on it so it's pretty hard to miss. [Coordinates 638, 292]



Lost Combat Boots - EP4 Hunting Area of Predator, Section 3 right at the entrance to the main area with enemies, you can't really miss it. [Coordinates 415, 323]

Dead Meat Factory

Old Box of Documents - EP2 Greed and Decline, Section 3 in a corner opposite the portal to the next section. [Coordinates 460, 196]



Empty I.V - EP3 Lost Salvation, Section 5 opposite the portal to the boss section to the left near a forklift, from the right of the start spawn. [Coordinates 607, 602]



Someone's Mask - EP4 Best Toy, Section 5 near the start to the left right in front of a door. [Coordinates 676, 649]

Memorial Item spawn rate is now 100% except for when it was bugged in some mazes which I'm unsure if they fixed it yet or not.

3 per dungeon, always on episodes 2,3,4 can be easily found if you just know they exist, compared to some that refuse to spawn or spawn or dont spawn on exactly the same episodes like in rocco/candus

I'd say they're about the same difficulty to find as any of the other ones.

It didnt cause it was made years ago, but it was still better for existing ones and the ones in grasscover camp are piss easy to find anyway

No it isn't, you have literally all that you need to get to the place the only difference is that there's no clutter in the images to see more of the area to better identify it, minimap or coordinates it's basically the same thing, also the memorial guide made years ago won't have the new Grasscover Camp memorial items.

Doesnt change the fact that's this is just a worse memorial guide than the one that was made years ago, just for the sake of not having UI in the screenshots

That is why I also provided the coordinates which are also located in the minimap, if you have any trouble at all then simply go to the coordinates, it is no issue, in fact it is faster then looking for a specific spot in the minimap as you'll know the exact coordinates you need only walk there, I also provided a short description in how to get to the area with the memorial item which makes the 'all areas look almost the same' problem basically not an issue here, with all those 3 factors in play you won't have any trouble finding any item.

How many people look at the minimap compared to coorinates? Looking for a spot on a minimap is much easier than looking for landmarks, sincea lot of the locations look almost the same.
