[Deprecated] Yet Another Quality Rebalance (+Tainted Lost Item Pool Changes)

THIS MOD IS DEPRECATED AFTER 11.11.21 PATCH

This mod rebalances quality values, to better reflect current balancing of the game. Most notably this is supposed to make playing as Tainted Lost slightly easier, making some great items like Rock Bottom, Holy Water, D Infinity, Ghost Pepper impossible to reroll. There are more changes however, that will affect Sacred Orb and a trinket NO! in rare cases. It also makes "POG for good items" mod much more sensible. IT WILL ALSO AFFECT TAINTED CAIN RECIPES, SO CURRENTLY KNOWN STATIC RECIPES WILL NOT BE RELIABLE WHEN THIS MOD IS ENABLED.
On top of that it changes some items, that Tainted Lost is able to find. For example useless Rotten Heart is removed and good offensive and utility items like Holy Water and Satanic Bible are addded.
This mod might be incompatible with other mods that change item quality and item tags in items_metadata.xml, so be aware of that.
