Challenge Map - One MOXIE

Description
Creates a Challenge Map to create a breathable atmosphere on Mars whilst only allowing the player to build a single Moxie. You must also have a population of 500 so you cannot win with only a couple of domes.
You must use things like algae farms to create oxygen to allow your colonists to breathe.
