What is this?

This mod links with my Tainted Cain crafting calculator, available here: https://github.com/Earlh21/TaintedCainCrafter/releases

Instead of needing to enter the pickups into the tool manually, with this mod, you can press the G key to automatically send all pickups on the floor to the tool. Your run's seed will also be sent.

luadebug

This mod requires you to enable the --luadebug flag in the launch options of your game.

This removes the sandboxing limitations that prevent this mod from loading the socket library, which is required to send data to the calculator.

As a warning, enabling this options allows mods to access your filesystem as well, which malicious mods could take advantage of. Only add mods that you trust with this flag enabled. Ideally, you should check their source code.

Modded Items

Version 1.5.0 of the desktop tool now has support for modded items. In the tool, set your Mods Path to your game installation's mods path (right click your game, click Manage > Browse Local Files, copy the path of the 'mods' directory). Then, check "Use Modded Items" in the tool's menu.

The tool will scan your mods folder for items and take them into account. Blacklisting and highlighting are supported for modded items.

Known Issues

As of now, this mod will not work properly if you continue a run until you go to a new floor. This may or may not be fixed in a later version.

For some reason, I can't scroll, reload, lock or use any option really which is annoying...

I seem to have found a few problems in the desktop application when attempting to parse modded items that causes the mod to fail loading, mainly:

- In itempools.xml if an entry does not have the Weight, DecreaseBy or RemoveOn attribute then the mod fails to load.

- The parser is Case-Sensitive in regards to the Name attribute, meaning that if an entry has a Name that differs only in Casing from the one in items.xml then the mod fails to load.

- If in itempools.xml an entry has the Name that ends with the spacebar character then the mod fail to load.

P.S
I suppose that the last two problems are tied to the fact that the app does not find an exact match in items.xml

I think the recent update which changed a few item qualities broke the calculator again @Earlh21, seems like your work is never over :isaac:

It seems the recipes on the calculator are hit or miss right now. Just tested on multiple seeds with my partner, and we've found that sometimes the correct item can be crafted, sometime it's an item that wasn't even in the tool. I have also tried disabling all mods, using the same exact seed and recipe predicted by the tool, and it still gave a different item.

I found that Gnawed Leaf (id 210) will always be insteaded by Spiderbaby (id 211), some other items also make similarly situation, is that because 11.11's 1.7.9a update? By the way I don't install any other mod, only install all DLC.
