Jacob and Esau: Blessed and Cursed!

I really do not enjoy playing the standard Jacob and Esau - as they are strong but they are very clunky. My main complaint is their tendency to spread apart when I'm navigating rooms with obstacles. So this mod looks to make them a bit more smooth to play, with a small tradeoff in damage:

- Both Jacob and Esau now start with flight!
- Jacob and Esau have 0.25 less starting damage
- Jacob and Esau have a 90% damage multiplier (all damage ups are slightly less effective)
- Jacob and Esau have a 110% tear delay multiplier (all tear ups are slightly less effective)

Author's Note: This mod isn't supposed to be perfectly balanced. I'm sure some people would like a harsher tradeoff (or no tradeoff at all) for the addition of flight. I'm happy with these values so far in my play, but your mileage may vary!
