@Unclekulikov No Problem you should look into the Flex Table Mod its table I think is better then the Official Tables.

You will only have one Workshop Folder in there and in that folder is where the mods .json file is, Images are in the IImage Folder 3d Models are in the Models folder and So on the folders with Raw in there name are ones TTS uses to load a mod faster.

Also the Reason my Folder Path is not pointing to the Documents folder on my C is I set the Option in TTS to save my Mods to the Data Folder inside the TTS install folder

@Vitamin T the cards are not .json files they are eitiher Jpg or PNG. Like Unclekulikov said the mods are saved to C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Tabletop Simulator\Mods\

And the folder should look like this. https://i.imgur.com/ypddHUI.png

Are you looking for the local copies of the images used in the mod?
When you load the mod in Tabletop Simulator, it downloads them to a folder on your computer. Mine is C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Tabletop Simulator\Mods\Images .

@ Vitamin T the links for all TTS Mods are read from the Mods .json file which is downloaded when you sub to a Mod.

Allot of Mod Devs will Upload to space Steam Gives to hold the files, others use sites that allow linking to files. I myself use github and a few other places to hold the Mod Assets.

You can set it in the TTS Settings to save the Assets to your PC by default I think that is already the setting in TTS.
