This item is a crude fan work of War hammer fantasy's empire mortar artillery. The firing ability is enabled by boiling water cannon, so the cube enhancement mode is necessary. To operate the mortar, use the 2 and 8 key on the numpad to adjust vertical angle and press 5 to fire.
