Julie Hinikawa was a keytarist in the Puffy AmiYumi band before her departure. She came back in the episode Hi Hi Puffy Julie AmiYumi. She played the red keytar and planned to get rid of Ami and Yumi.

on another note, I like how both the Playermodel and the picture of Julie are blocking off the pictures of Ami and Yumi in the background. you got this character's entire arc pretty much nailed.

you and TDRR should consider making Ami and Yumi's mechas from the episode "Manga Madness." I always really digged their design.

Extra Credit if you could also do Megarock Twin SiAmiYumi, the mechas' combined form.
