Victorian terrace
1970's small flat block
1960's small flat block

Options
Capacity - how many people live here.
asset on/off - place tables/chairs / ladders / fences etc.
lanes on/off - access to property - paths for people to get in and out.

There is some randomness to which assets will be placed and where.
