Description

Dynamic Lifestyle XP makes sensible changes to how XP is earned through focuses to reflect difference in skill between characters.

==== Features ====

- Focuses can now be swapped without having to wait several years.

- Characters now earn Lifestyle XP at half the usual rate.

- They now gain an additional +5% XP for each point in a given skill. A character with 10 martial will earn XP at the usual +25 per month, while a master diplomat with 20 in that stat will be rewarded with a +50% bonus.

- All usual bonuses like genius and education bonuses still work as normal, so a 4 star steward with genius and 20 points will earn a wooping 60 XP per month. But if they also happen to have a low stat like martial, they will earn much less there.

==== Compatibility ====

Should be compatible with just about anything. May conflict with total conversions if they change the base character modifiers. Should be update friendly as well, test before asking for an update.

This mod bugs out the Wandering perk tree.

Hey all, I just uploaded an updated and re-balanced version of this mod that incorporates the fix for the issue pointed out by It's Jim, and also integrates function in with other lifestyle mods such as:
Lifestyles Expanded - Prowess
Witchcraft
Elder Kings 2

If Adrei ends up wanting me to take it down, I will, but as of right now this mod appears to need some maintenance, and I figured I might as well upload the variant of it that I run locally myself.

Hi, so this mod is causing my game to periodically freeze and then crash if I touch anything after about 60+ years. The problem isn't hugely bad so much as it is bloody annoying. Is there anything that can be done about this issue?

For anyone who still uses this mod after all this time, the Robe update 1.9 adds some modifiers that this mod will wipe out. Fortunately, this mod is extremely easy to alter yourself. There are only two files. If you go into the dlxp_modifiers file, you can add the following:

Under stewardship_modifier:
character_travel_speed = 1

Under martial_modifier:
character_travel_safety = 1

For fans of the prowess lifestyle mod, it is also easy to follow the same pattern as the other attributes.
