Goblin Race

This just adds some little green people.
both genders are available so don't think goblin slayer lore.
it's just a generic goblin with some of the WoW goblin skillset.

they spawn as recruits in the swamp, united cities territories, and as slaves in slave markets.

penalty to strength and labouring
bonus to schience robotics and engineering.
they are slightly harder to hit but also have slightly less health in each limb.

The Goblins are not from this world but came here from an unknown world and from an unknown method.

Short and mischievious, many are scientists and well known as engineers.
they lack strength due to their short size.




got the idea from the fantasy races mod. i just wanted the goblins so made my own from scratch.

i did look at it's editor.xml file for the right shade of green but thats all i used from it.

everything else is my work.
