Description
Made for my personel use but i figured i may as well put it up here though i am pretty sure other people have made these.

Simply reduces the recharge time most shouts in the vanilla game to a few secounds.
Also makes Unrelenting force and Fire Breath more powerful

Requires: Up to date Skyrim.

Thank goodness for this! Unrelenting force was such a useless shout. I learnt all 3 words, then somewhere I had to choose whether to make UF more powerful or learn something new. I chose the former and really regret it. It's worthless at higher levels.
