Zerocast Terraforming

Description
Reduces the cast time of all land terraforming spells to zero. Land can now be transformed quickly limited only by mana reserves. Mana casting costs remain as per the stock spells.

The following spells are modified:

Raise the Land
Lower the Land
Cold Wind
Greater Lands Raising
Clean the Land
Fertile Lands
Make Barren Land
Lands of Life
Nature Forests
Pestilence Swamps
Desertification
Lands of Death
Lunar Tide
Volcano
Lower the Lands
Lands of Order
Restore Ardania

I love this mod but I'd like to see one that just reduces the cast time by half or 3/4 instead of removing it. That would make it more of a tactical decision on if I want to cast swamp under an enemy before attacking, etc.
