BTW for those who want to select a region on Steam.
1. Install the game.
2. Download a DLC appropriate for your region. Enter one of those into your web browser address window and press enter.
ASIA: steam://install/1407610
EU: steam://install/1407600
NA: steam://install/1407590
RU: steam://install/1407580
3. Select the appropriate DLC in your Manage my DLC screen.

No, each region is its own account with separate progress and purchases.

No. You need to switch each game's region separately AFAIK. In other games (World of Warplanes, World of Warships, World of Tanks Blitz) it's done inside the game itself, but on World of Tanks it's done through DLCs for some reason.

Will changing this change my region for other WG games on Steam?

Example: I have WoTb on NA server. I install WoWS. I install EU region DLC for WoWS. Does my Blitz account also switch to EU?
