When zoning the industry area for Ore mining, this one will pop-up on 4x4 tile sites.
It has a Loader and Mobile Drilling / Exploration Rig working on the property. (not moving)!

Not everyone has the DLC industries, so that's why it doesn't have workers in it.

nice is it function able in game would be cool with worker's with Jack Hammer's as well :steamthumbsup:
