There are many guides out there which use this to set up a punchline, but I'm going to seriously try to tell you how to enjoy the game more.

Frustration and Rage
I'm fully aware that siege is a highly frustrating game, and because you have a lot of down time if you die, Getting spawnpeeked or something is basically removing your ability to play the game. I understand that. However, trust me, you play a lot better when you don't let your emotions dictate what you do. You have to be all there. So whenever you get angry, take a step back and look at the match as a whole. This is your chance to analyze what the opponent and your team does. Try your best to be an ingame leader instead of using your mic to complain. Instead of obsessing over your own death, obsess over everything else which happens in the round, and put yourself in your teams shoes. Sometimes a dead player can be just as helpful as a living one.
Bad Teams
Oftentimes, you may feel like the weight of the whole game is on your shoulders, what with your team ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with defuser across the map when you established site control and are ready to execute. In times like these, think about how you could have changed the situation. Perhaps you could have asked for the defuser earlier in the round, or briefed your team on the strategy. If you lose a round because of a teammate, don't give up on them. Explain their error calmly, and try your best to remedy it. Siege is always a learning experience. If you feel angry at your teammates, try to resist the urge to say anything. You have 5 enemies already, you don't need 4 more. That being said, don't go all silent on your team either. And always remember, your K/D in one match being higher doesn't mean you're better, unless it's extreme.
The Learning Experience that is Rainbow Six Siege
As I touched upon earlier, there's always something to learn from a match, if you think in black and white, then you aren't going to have fun unless you're winning. What's better is to see a team's strat and employ some degree of counterplay, or save their strat for use in a later match. An example would be breaching from bar directly into fireplace stairs on chalet. I saw this once while I was playing 3rd, and it surprised me and my team. After this, me and one of my friends pulled it off with Ace and Zofia, and we won the round. Instead of accepting the loss and moving on, try to think about what you could have done better. And if you feel like the loss isn't your fault, then work on callouts and gamesense, because if you're good enough at those you can keep your team going strong.
In Conclusion
Try to stay calm, be patient and respectful while helping out your team, and always try to learn something from the match.
