Disney Villainous Custom: Tai Lung

Mô tả
Crossing over from Dreamworks, the kung-fu fighting snow leopard Tai Lung blasts his way into the realm of Disney Villainous!

The Kung Fu Panda trilogy may not be Disney, but that's no excuse for its amazing villains to not be incorporated into the game mechanics of Disney Villainous! As the main baddy of the original movie, Tai Lung's objective is to claim The Dragon Scroll. Once he does so, he simply needs to defeat that big fat panda, Po. How Tai Lung does each of these is pretty unique.

The Dragon Scroll is an Item, but it's in the Fate deck and does not attach to a Hero. Not only that, but Tai Lung must pay 3 of his own Power to play it, and it is played to the bottom of Tai Lung's Realm like a normal Item. To find the scroll in his Fate deck, Tai Lung has a card to reveal four cards at a time from the Fate deck and play one Hero or Item and play it. If The Dragon Scroll is discarded during a Fate action, Tai Lung must play a card to get it from the Fate discard pile and play it, still paying the 3 extra Power. This makes The Dragon Scroll 1 Cost if he can find himself, and 4 Cost if he has to pull it from the Fate discard pile, encouraging players to still Fate Tai Lung. To claim The Dragon Scroll once it's played, Tai Lung simply needs to be at the same location as it, and then put it under his Villain image. However, there must also be no Heroes at that location, meaning Tai Lung must either move or defeat the Heroes. Further incentive to Fate Tai Lung.

Now let's talk about the panda. Po is only a 2 Strength Hero in Tai Lung's Fate deck. But! Po gets +1 Strength for each Hero Tai Lung has defeated during the game, kept track with a counter. If you can force Tai Lung to defeat Heroes, Po can get very strong. Not only that, but the Fate Item Noodles adds another 3 Strength to a Hero it's attached to. If Po is defeated before Tai Lung claims The Dragon Scroll, Po gets shuffled back into the Fate deck, just like Toby from Prince John's Fate deck. Only after The Dragon Scroll is claimed can Tai Lung actually win by defeating Po.

Tai Lung defeats Heroes without Vanquish actions. He's on his own, after all; he has no Allies to speak of. Rather he relies on his own power to overtake his adversaries. The same is true in this game: Tai Lung defeats Heroes using his Power. This is done at the same location as one of Tai Lung's Items: Legendary Battle. When Tai Lung is at Legendary Battle's location, he may choose to pay any amount of Power and place it on the Legendary Battle card. It remains there until he wishes to defeat a Hero/Heroes at its location. When the amount of Power matches the Heroes' Strength, and Tai Lung is at the same location, they are defeated and the Legendary Battle is discarded.

That's the basic concepts of Tai Lung! Go forth and claim your prize!
