Its most likely a file called "thumbs.db" that is in both mods.
A file that windows creates because there is a jpeg addonimage.

Just ignore it

I used to run both mods simultaneously, they should function just fine with each other.

then just unsubscribe and subscribe again so it redownloads. also, if you start a game too soon, before L4D2 can load all workshop addons, the mods aren't visible
