update 23.04 - diffuse texture toned down

Zygmunt Peszkowski's tenement house

European themed modernist buildings pack based on Kościuszko Square 14 tenement house from Gdynia, Poland. Its located next to other buildings from my modernist Gdynia collection.

It was built in 1928 by one of the then directors of the Gdańsk Shipyard, Zygmunt Peszkowski. I really like this geometrical shape and balconies.



Pack includes:

- main realistic corner A version
- right segment with balconies
- left segment [doubled]

- higher version of corner A version
- higher version of right segment with balconies
- higher version of left segment [doubled]

Corner buildings' ve got custom lod, flat versions are game-generated, they look fine.

the buildings look grey even I paint it with the whitest color, any solutions?

We need more modern/marine buildings from Gdynia! That city is sadly always in the shadow of Gdansk.

@Dahl if there will be somebody else who find it too bright im gonna update it. It's painter ready so you can adjust it to your preferences.

The textures are way too bright. Please tone them down.
