Install the "Training" map from CS 1.0 for CS 1.6

In this guide, you will learn how to properly install the CS 1.0 training card for CS 1.6.

What is the training map?

Map Training was previously present in version CS 1.0, but the developers for some reason decided to remove it after the release of version 1.5 (As far as I remember). That is, this map was training in the fight against terrorism, where we were taught the gameplay. Type: How to rescue hostages, how to plant a bomb correctly, how to defuse a bomb, target shooting, etc. And now this map is a complete rarity, since it is very difficult to find CS version 1.0 now (by the way, there will be a complete guide on this topic soon), and I think everyone will be interested in going through this map.

Installing the map

To install the Training map, we need an archive containing this map and the actual voice acting. P.SThe map is divided into 4 parts, and the voice acting is only in English.

Subsequent installation:
Go to the root folder of the game, mine is: D:\Games\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike
Paste the "sound" and "maps" folder directly into cstrike; and click "Confirm with Replace".
To start the map, enter in the console: map tr_1
