If you haven't heard of Antibirth, it was the basis for Repentance, and was developed by the same mod creators! It was a free FAN MADE expansion for Rebirth, which became what we know of as Repentance https://antibirth.com

Compatiblity: Other music mods will not work if they edit the music.xml file.

For some reason the normal boss theme doesn't change to its Antibirth counterpart, crusade still plays instead of Tandava.

I'd really like to change the intro and the main menu themes back to the normal ones but keep the rest of the antibirth ost, however i have no clue how to do this :(

you can use soundtrack menu for that, however that mod has all its tracks so compressed your ears are bound to bleed at some point especially if you set isaac's fight to use the antibirth song with SM and don't manage to kill him within 2 seconds
