IF THIS CRASHES:
Download Goat Simulator Development Kit from the TOOLS Section of your game library
THEN
go to your folder in: Steam/Steamapps/Common/Goat Smulator/Binaries/Win64 and find GoatGame.exe, run it, and it should run without crashes unless you did something naughty.

You can always add the GoatGame.exe to your Library as a shortcut.
