2003-04 Championship Manager Database (April 2021 Update)

DISCLAIMER ON THE TOP SO PEOPLE READ IT (MAYBE): Only start save games with the original FM21 DB and not the transfer update. The file is not made to work with the transfer update.

SECOND DISCLAIMER: Download this file and run it alongside the major steam workshop file (2003-04 database, april update, whatever it's called) to start a new save game with Spain loaded! To add the lower leagues, I needed to mess around with the format/numbers of teams wanted in a different file.

Save games with this file loaded take like 5 hours to start. I wish it ran better than that, but you're not really supposed to make editor files with 2.5 million+ database changes so here we are. If you want to make a new save, leave it on overnight or leave it on before you go to work. I'm probably not going to make saves for you on request because I am confident that you can do this!

Most recent leagues added: Bulgarian league, Swedish second division, Hungarian league, USA second division (USL A-League), Romanian league, Conference North/South, League of Ireland, Portuguese second division and Spanish Segunda B (third tier)

Credit to MadScientistFM for his great work on retro databases in Football Manager, including the first go-round of the CM03-04 database two years ago and his 01-02 DB this year.

Only start the game with the original database, it's not made to work with the transfer updates. Load players from all continents with national reputation to get all the players from the database. Player count is around 25K i believe. Games take like 5 hours to start, plan accordingly, it sucks. The game and the editor weren't made to load big files like this.
