Covered Hoppers Repaints: Canada Government Hopper

Repaints of the US Covered Hoppers by zukzf in different versions of the Canadian government.

"A hopper wagon or covered hopper is a covered railway wagon that has unloading devices on its underside. They are typically used for the mass transport of granules or agricultural products. Here wagons with two hoppers are mostly used for the transport of heavy goods such as cement while larger wagons are more used to transport light goods such as grain. "

In reality, the existing paintwork can be found on Cylindrycal Hoppers. These weren't yet available in Transport Fever 2 at the time I created this mod. The more prototypical cars can be found now here.

It includes variants of the Alberta Heritage Fund (ALX), the Canadian Wheat Board (CWX), and the Saskatchewan Grain Car Corporation (SKX).
