Still developing but merged into a bigger project. But there's no unite the HRE, imp. reform nor religious league stuff, they're not fitting CK2 timeline well. It mostly play a role in late game HRE op problem. Unlike EU4, CK2 have far less religion restriction for HRE. I still feels tricky about it.( Try imaging how a Muslim HRE working without Princely Election...)

is this mod still being developed or is it left for dead since this seemed like a really cool mod and would have loved to use this in its completion where you can unite the HRE just like in EU4

The mod is great, but why the french translation for most of the texts just say "FRENCH" ? It'd be better to keep the english text, at least it can be read.

Also : is it normal that nothing happens when the imperial authority score is at 100 ? Also there are no imperial reforms. How are they supposed to be implemented ? I guessed it was when the imperial authority was at 100 it enabled a decision to be taken, but there is nothing of the sort.

It shall pop up there in a month, it's CK2 engine limit. Or the player is out of diplomatic range with HRE.

Ofc it won't appear if HRE did not enact the bull or you're far away far it.
