If you've ever played Tetris online, there's a pretty high chance you've been obliterated by the dreaded 4-wide. Sitting hopelessly as you watch your opponent stack up, and rain hell down onto you with the wrath of god.

Denial

The first step in the process, is denial.

Seeing your opponent start their 4-wide stack may instill despair within you. You just reject the possibility that they are playing 4-wide with every fiber of your being. You make yourself believe they are merely stacking normally or setting up a t-spin.

Denying the possibility of 4-wide will keep you determined and will minimize any PTSD while playing.

Anger

After your mind has fully realized you are dealing with 4-wide, it will quickly lead to anger.

Anger is one of the worst stages, as you are very prone to making mistakes and misdrops, as you mind is preoccupied dealing with the 4 wide problem. It is essential to make your best effort to stay calm, and stacking as clean as possible.

Bargaining

Now you may start to feel hopeless. Your best effort won't be enough. To stay hopeful, you may start to have thoughts like:

"If only I didn't start this match..."
"maybe if I had only started with perfect clear..."
"please disconnect."
"maybe they'll mess up"
"I should have had Cheerios for breakfast"

Depression

The match is unsalvagable at this point. There is no escape from the 4-wide's clutch.

As you realize this fact, immense amounts of garbage are and already have descended from the heavens to destroy you, and this is very demotivating. "That damn 4-wide" you may be thinking to yourself, as the losing screen comes up and your rank plummets.

Acceptance

As you come to terms with the inescapable madness of the 4-wide, you will find peace in your situation.

At this stage, it is too late to fight back against the menace. You must simply embrace the hell that is being rained down on your humble Tetris board.

Powerless against it, you join the darkness and learn 4 wide yourself.

MS2 and honeycup PC into DPC is quite fast and consistent in if not killing them, forcing them to combo early limiting the damage. Though any 8 line PC into DPC should work.
