@CaptBland if your referring to Damage Over Time, then you can't. It's in one of the youtube dev diaries not long before 1.0. Turns out they had plans in very early access for it but as it was incomplete they added the DOT to keep players out. They have trimmed back the
DOT so you can explore a little since 1.0 but the plan was abandoned and if I remember rightly it was left in for background.
