ok so basically today i will tell you the best way to use chronobauble in risk of rain 2.

1. you get chronobauble
2. pray you find a scrapper
3. use the scrap for literally any other item

if you have tons of chronobaubles and will o the wisps you can basically freeze all the enemies on kill and stack that with other on hit effects with death mark you can just insta kill the map
