Almost full replacement of both Insurgents' and Security HQ announcers.

Didn't bother to replace Strike gamemode related lines, as almost nobody plays it, and also Coop and Conquer lines, as [this addon] is already there to replace them.

I used wordmixing to create words that weren't present in VOX vocabulary, so quality of those may vary.

Some lines may overlap and i don't think that's fully fixable. Sorry about that.
