Force Gems (Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, et. al.)

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, Phantom Hourglass and Spirit Tracks all share a common, non-standard gameplay element; Force Gems. In each of these games, they served a different purpose; in FSA, they were your money, and also charged your sword beams. In Phantom Hourglass, they were glorified big keys. And in Spirit Tracks, they had influence over the game's namesake, the spirit tracks themselves. Whatever use you associate them with most, now you have them in the flexible engine that is Source. Here's a li'l rundown on these models, too;

~ There are two variants of the model; one with pointed edges and one with flat edges
~ Each model has five different sizes
~ There are seven different color skins available; gold, green, blue, red, purple, silver and black

Also, I took extra care for the first preview image, up there; if you can identify which of the above games it references and where in particular the reference comes from, you get my metaphorical respect. Or an imaginary cookie. Either-or.


Okay I swear this is the last extraneous post for now, the next thing I post WILL be the next update to EqG Mainstreet A. Might take a bit longer. But you'll get more pointless faff like this after that update's out.
