Fokker F.VIIb/3m Floatplane "Friendship" (1:1 Scale)

The team departed from Trepassey Harbor, Newfoundland, in a Fokker F.VIIb/3m named "Friendship" on June 17, 1928, landing at Pwll near Burry Port, South Wales, exactly 20 hours and 40 minutes later. There is a commemorative blue plaque at the site. Since most of the flight was on instruments and Amelia Earhart had no training for this type of flying, she did not pilot the aircraft. When interviewed after landing, she said, "Stultz did all the flying—had to. I was just baggage, like a sack of potatoes." She added, "... maybe someday I'll try it alone."

It is the third and last plane in the Fokker F.VII series which has floats as undercarriage. It's quite similar to previous "Southern Cross" on the exterior. Interior is slightly changed. The important feature of this plane is that I used phantom force for floating on water to be able to create 1:1 scale floats. Because buoyancy in Stormworks is only 1/10 of real world buoyancy. I also used new light rotors instead of aircraft propeller to make water takeoff easier but they don't sound as good as aircraft propeller as a result.

- Various first person equipments and outfits
- A secret button panel hidden inside the plane.

Same, but they only pushes up when on water, not in the air.

Thales, is the buoyancy thing similar to how zeppelins use pivots and wheels? Or is it different?

Wheels with controlled pivots provide fake buoyancy. Because water density in Stormworks is only 0.1 kg / liter, only 1/10 of what it should've been. This is clearly not enough for realistically sized seaplane floats.
