This very creatively named asset is mainly based on early 20th century arenas such as Madison Square Garden II and the Olympia in Detroit. A home for hockey, basketball, concerts and other events.

not gonna lie it looks like an old market building (like the old fanuiel hall in boston) that being said it could also be a speakeasy in the 30s lol
