Unrestricted Dynasty Legacies

Description
Lifts all cultural (and innovation) requirements from the Dynasty Legacies.
In effect you can select legacies like Pillage without having North Germanic heritage etc. etc.

Currently supports Northern Lords, Fate of Iberia, Legacy of Persia.
(Will work fine without all of the above mentioned DLC, although you need at least one of the dlc for this mod to do anything.)

This mod will likely be compatible with all future updates (and some other mods) because this doesn't overwrite the main legacy files, just the requirements.

That's because the mod hasn't been updated. I don't own the dlc so I'd have to do it completely blind. I doubt that I'd have the time or interest to do it any time soon.

I've noticed the new Influence and the Pillaging Legacies weren't showing for every family for some reason

This can be used as a hotfix for saves broken by update which prevent characters from taking culture-specific legacies. I enable, load, get the legacy, save, disable, reload.

Unless Paradox decided to change how they work fundamentally, then there is no reason for it to not work.
