How To Deal With The Striga

Hi there. Before reading more, i have to warn you that my guide contains spoilers, so i don't want to see "Thamks for spoiling the game for me u piece of shet" comments.
I found this little "trick" on my first playthrough, i don't know if anyone else is aware of, but seeing as there are no other guides about it, i thought i should share it with you all.

The Striga "Fight"

During chapter V, you will get a new quest, from King Foltest himself. This quest is called Her Highness the Striga, you cannot miss it, it is part of the main story. This quest involves around Adda, who has been cursed to become a Striga, (again).
There are two ways to finish this quest:





Kill the Striga








Cure the Striga









Killing her is not too hard.
But if you decide to lift the curse, well, you will have to avoid fighting her. At all. Usually, you will have run around her coffin. For about 10 minutes long. Not hard, but tedious.
So i found out how to make this whole quest, a little less tedious.
Instead of running around the crypt, just go in this place.



















As long as you are there, you will be fine. There's an invisible wall that prevents her from coming at you.
But do keep in mind that the game will automatically reset your position the closer you get to the sunrise. You'll have to keep going back and forth for about 10 minutes or something. But hey, at least you don't have to run around the whole night.
As i have said, i found this little trick by accident, and i wasn't sure it will also work for others, but a user just confirmed it worked for him, as well.

Using this trick now, it appears to work in all 4 corners of the room since each pillar has a similar platform area behind it as in your screenshot.

At first I accidentally went to the SE one and it was still working just fine, then I tested NE and SW as well and those worked for me too
