He Jin Arrives 190 (works with 194 and 200)

NOTE: Having more than 2 "Arrives" mods in 190 can push the game events out of date, I never intend people will use all of them but will choose a character of their choice. That's why I stagger the arriving characters mostly after 193.
More than 3 arrives mods in 190 can push the Dong Zhuo event "out of date" so it never happens so use wisely.

He Jin survives the assassination attempt on his life in 189 CE by the unscrupulous eunuchs. A loyal official manages to get him to safety and tends to his wounds for many months. Upon his recovery He Jin is enraged and wants revenge, but hearing of the aftermath of the usurpation, his goal is to restore the Han dynasty to it's original glory.

My Lord, He Jin of the Han has been brought to our camp. A loyal official managed to save his life after an assassination attempt at the palace by the eunuchs. He has recovered from his wounds after being attended to in secret for many months and has now chosen to aid you in defeating the traitors in our midst and to restore the Han dynasty to it's rightful rulers on a road to glory paved with skulls.
