Description
This asset places all factories in one location, except for the Shipyard which requires access to water. Each unique factory has a dedicated slot and a dedicated access road

This is a vanilla version of the Unique Factories District

Freakin Nicely Done. @Pharue nailed it with the Exit HIghway, but it's a simple change.

Great asset here, only adjustment I'd like is for the exit highway to be moved to 4u away from the entrance one but that's not a difficult adjustment to make with MoveIt.
