trouble winners in early competition league..great!
i just using -overload with -very fluid phases and my team sucessful win all the game
Good work for sure
I experimented with this tactic for about 10 games. I have played with my team for over 7 seasons now and my players are rated minimum four stars with mostly 15 or higher passing stats.
With this tactic, I was outmanned in the middle as your attacking options are forced to go wide and utilise crosses more as there is a lack of support from your midfielders to provide a passing option.
I decided to tweak the tactic by replacing the extra centreback with a defensive midfielder playing short passes to the central midfielders. I also utilised attacking fullbacks with high stamina who cover the space behind the wingers.
My changes resulted in a greater balance defensively and offensively. Fullbacks provide more cover for centrebacks and play a supporting role for the wingers. Ball retention is higher as the wingers have more options to pass to in the centre of the pitch.
