-BR Addon: Byzantine Pronoia Graphics (Iqta rename)

Description
Small addon that changes the name and graphics of the Iqta to something more suitable for the Byzantines (the Pronoia system in BR uses Iqta mechanics)

For obvious reasons it also changes the Iqta graphics and name for everyone that's not byzantium, so when not playing as them, just launch the game with the mod disabled.

Requires Dub's Byzantine Resurgence to work.
Should be compatible with IR and BT

All credits for the original mod go to Roji. I merely updated the mod and made a few very minor personal changes while at it.

@Ragael Most major overhaul mods are currently broken due to Paradox' recent Leviathan update and patches, I don't think the issue is this mod in particular as the only thing it does is change a few graphics of already existing vanilla mechanics, it will take a little while for mods to be updated but it's coming. For now I suggest rolling back to an older version of the game before Leviathan :3

hi. got the Beyond Typus, the BR Addon - Byzantine resurgence and the Byzantine Pronoia Graphics. the game crashes after i press play. i guess they are no longer updated? as soon as i deactivate these mods, the game works fine. any chance for an update soon? i would love those new missions, especially since the Eastern Roman Empire is my one true love XD.

FINALLY. A year and a half ago there was another version of this mod and i've been scouring the workshop every so often to find it. This is a godsend, thank you
