MB GD250 Wolff ELW

Adds the Mercedes Benz GD250 Wolff ELW emergency command vehicle.
It becomes available in 1980 in fire engine red and military camo paint of the German armed forces.
International representations are avaialble as 'International airport' yellow and 'Red cross' and 'Safari' versions without language or country references.
For Germany also Technisches Hilfswerk (THW) and Deutsche Lebens-Rettungs-Gesellschaft (DLRG) vehicles are provided.
The mod is based on a creation of Cubus which he made for the game MedalOfHonor, great thanks to him for making it available for further modding!
With thanks to Ingo-1111 the latest addition to the mod are 10 differently dressed characters. They are used for the driving vehicles and can also be selected for assets.

Asset included, in the categories cars and Bko.

Vehicle features include:
- 17 driving variants.
- Interior.
- Choice for animated flagslight rotation.
- Tailored drivers.
- Carry passengers or all default cargo types and, if you have, Water.
- Passenger capacity 24 (6 in game).
- Cargo capacity 4 (1 in game), load speed 2.

Asset features include:
- 10 asset variants.
- Turnable front steering wheels.
- Lights on/off.
- Animated flashlight on/off.
- Blockflag yes/no.
- 3 settings for various tailored crew on board.
- Longitude and cross slope angles.*
- Industry capacity = 1.
- Changeable config, also after placement.

* note: Longitude and cross slope angles settings overrule steering wheels settings.
