I recommend reading the terms on the website just to be certain if you're allowed to even post a model locked behind an account login wall.
Rigging it for a V-Tuber software is a bit iffy legally.

Also Steam Subscriber Agreement already states such under "A. General Content and Services License"; "non-exclusive license and right, to use the Content and Services for your personal, non-commercial use."
