Intro
I have mostly made this guide for my own edification. I have tried to leave the spelling and punctuation as the are portrayed in game. Never made a steam guide before, so just made it so it makes sense to me.

As I started after certain pages were unobtainable (Lulu's friends 2 and 4, Yun's Fixer 2 and 3) I don't have those pages listed.

OA 5 Maximum Crash If the character has 20 or more Charge at the start of the Scene, deal 50% more damage and Stagger damage with attacks; also receive 30% less damage and Stagger damage from attacks OA 5 Myo's Prowess When using a Combat page, all dice on the page gain Power against targets with slower Speed. (+1 Power per 2 points of difference, up to 5) OA 5 Prep Up the Main Dish When using a melee Combat page, if target has Bleed, Offensive dice on the page gain +1~2 Power. OA 5 Retaliate Gain a Counter die (Slash, 4-8) at combat start. LM 5 Solidarity At the end of the Scene, if all allies are alive, gain 1 Strength next Scene; if all other allies are dead, inflict 2 Feeble on self instead. This passive ability is only active if the Act started with one or more other allies. OA 5 The Blue Reverberation Take no damage from Ranged Combat pages.

OA 6 Bloodfiendish On hit, recover 2 HP. If the character recovered 3 or more HP in a single Scene, gain 1 Strength next Scene. LM 6 Carver of Scars Offensive dice on the first Combat page the character uses each Scene gain an additional effect: '[On Hit] Inflict 2 Bleed' OA 6 Contracts At the start of the Act, add Unsigned Contracts to the hands of all allies. If a character fulfills the condition stated by the Unsigned Contract in their hand, its effect will be granted, and the Contract will exhaust. It is possible to exchange Unsigned Contracts with another ally. PB 6 Corpse Cleanup When another character dies, recover 5% Max. HP at the end of that Scene (Max. 12) HC 6 Grace of the Prescript Each Scene, boost the Power of a random type of Offensive dice by +2 OA 6 Incomplete Arbiter At the start of the Scene, draw until 4 pages are in hand. OA 6 Orlando Has a unique Key page and Combat pages that cannot be replaced or Swapped. OA 6 The Twelve Fixers Boost the *minimum* roll value of all dice by +2. At emotion Level 3 or higher also boost the *maximum* roll value of all dice by +1. LM 6 Toughness At Emotion Level 1 or above, gain 1 Protection and Stagger Protection at the start of the Scene. The amount increases to 2 at Emotion Level 3, and 3 at Emotion Level 5.

OA 7 Hana for All When gaining Strength, Endurance, Protection, or Stagger Protection through Combat pages: give the same status effect to a random other ally as well. OA 7 The Commander If the character has 11 or more Charge at the start of the Scene, give 1 Strength and Endurance to all allies. OA 8 Guts Upon taking what would be a lethal blow, nullify the damage and recover 100 HP; at the end of the Scene this happens, fully restore Stagger Resist. (Once per reception) OA 8 Swordplay of the Homeland Slash Dice Power +2 PB 9 Ammo Supply After every three successful attacks with Melee Combat pages, add a random Ammunition to hand. OA 9 Changing Stances Can assume one of the four stances: Slash, Pierce, Blunt, and Guard. A different deck can be set up for each stance. At the start of the Act, a random stance is selected; the stance can be changed by paying Light. OA 9 Legendary Only Gebura can equip this. Unique E.G.O becomes accessible. At Emotion Level 4 or above, the Combat page 'Manifest E.G.O' is added to hand. (Once per Act)

Okay then I'm going to go off on a limb here and assume that editing key pages were changed during a patch, cause I used to do it alot more early on.

Once you have unlocked it, you go to the "Key Page" tab, click on the page you want to edit, and hit the upper right option "Edit Key Page". Find the key page you want to equip in the List of Key Pages, click it. It will be equipped on the "Attributed Key Pages", and you'll be able to select which passive you want to equip from a list in the middle in the "List of Passives Available". Click the ones you want. Then when you're done, make sure to hit the confirm button.

Alright can anyone tell me how I can attribute or edit key pages. The manual said to just click on the passive sub bar but that does absolutely nothing.

I can confirm that it is not currently available through normal means. It DID exist, and likely is still in the code, but I don't have any of the removed pages.
